A little visitor

Terry took the kids to his Dad's for a sleep over, and to give me a day off. On the Sunday morning, I went outside to hang some washing and discovered this little fellow on the door.







One of the things that I love the most about where we live is how much wildlife there is around. Not long after we moved here, Terry's brother stayed the night and the next morning raved about the fact that he could hear frogs and crickets and night birds. All he usually heard where he lived was traffic.

We had been a bit worried, with the lack of rain recently, climate change generally, that we were seeing less of these little guys around. It was reassuring to see one of them come visit.
