Ballet exam and some funny boys.

Thursday 13 August was Caitlin's Grade 1 RAD ballet exam. She and Maddie were pretty excited, but I think they were going alittle silly. It didn't help that Elizabeth who was supposed to do the exam with them pulled out at the last minute and so they had to restructure basically on the day.

I'd like to say that her teacher was a wonderfully supportive woman, but she isn't. From talking to other dance mums it seems like dance teachers are a breed unto themselves - so Caitlin's teacher J wasn't exactly the best at getting the girls into the right mind set for the exam. Pretty hard when they were first up for the day.

But the girls had fun and both passed with Merit. Good on you girls xx
