Wednesday - A trip to a McCafe with some friends from playgroup = happy kids







Thursday - random christmas decoration - playing with my camera :)







Friday - Here we are waiting at Brisbane Airport for our flight to Sydney. It was quite annoying that our flight was delayed by two hours. We missed any chance of doing anything once we got to Sydney cause the kids were so tired and cranky that all we could do was get them to bed. By the time we actually got off the ground (6 instead of 3.40), they were seriously tired and bored, the flight was pretty exciting for the first 10 minutes, but after that they were bored, until we landed. Then we had to get baggage, get to a train, get to our station, get off, find the light rail, get on that, get to our stop and then walk from the stop (in the rain) to our motel. We were then cold and wet, so a quick shower and then to bed for the kids. Asha wasn't impressed with that, and cried for a while, but once she saw that Terry and I were just sitting and reading/watching TV, she was happy to go to bed. And so were we - it was an exhausting day :)







Saturday - a huge day of exploring. Lots of walking, the bridge, the opera house, the Apple Store Sydney (of course Terry had to show us that :), a trip on the monorail, lunch, a sleep for Asha, a swim for the other 2, afternoon tea, Sydney Aquarium, more walking, dinner, the display windows at David Jones, and home to bed for the kids, and a relax with a nice bottle of wine for us. Busy, but satisfying :)













Sunday - up early for a swim (it was supposed to be heated, but it was freezing!), then packing, then off to the ferry terminal for a ferry ride to Circular Quay and morning tea, then back again. Pick up the bags, get on the airport shuttle bus (Terry's new discovery :), check in, have a quick bite of lunch, board the plane and home. This time we were all tired, and it seemed a noticibly long trip. It was good to be home, though.







Monday - Off to the beach this morning with friends for a swim. Lunch. Ice blocks. Then home for a sleep. Life's good.
