Holiday stuff

Not really much going on here though its a quiet weekend with Caitlin and joshua having a sleepover at Nana and Grandads. We've had a pretty quiet week, week 2 of school holidays, and have mostly just hung out at home and don't very little. We did get a little active and go and feed the ducks and have a play at the park the other day and I catered to Caitlins need to create by helping her bake a cake.

She did really well and even cracked the eggs herself. I just bought a packet mix, stood back and advised her while she did the work. They were yummy too!

Tried really hard to get a smile on photo from miss Asha, but she's too weirded out by the camera. Once it comes within view, you just get the big eyed curious look! I did get one half smile though.



Those of you who know of Terry's eco-mission status, will probably be aware that he has been experimenting with the idea of growing some of our own food. His first experiment involved some tomatoes that have been grown from seed. He planted 4 seeds, got three seedlings and this little baby is the latest stage of development.

So cute! And the things are flowering like mad. The capsicum seeds that were planted a little while ago, (that we thought were a write off) have recently sprouted too - not bad from an impromptu planting of a capsicum from dinner!

Oh and Terry is extra busy now - they have arrived!
